There is this tab in project settings:
The timer starts the moment the operator sends a message. If you set a long amount of time by mistake and the bot turned off for a long while for this client then you should put ‘0’ into this tab and message the client.
If you use Whatsapp Business and you have a greeting set the bot will see it as a message from you and stop for a time that’s set in this tab
